one of my client is receiving salary rs 16000 monthly in cash how to show it. what care one needs to take while filing return.is it possible to file return without form 16 and having salary income.

yes it can be filed.
use excel utility on the site of Incometaxefliling and do not fill the TAN.
Show it simply in salary, for filing ITR-1 even you don't need the name and address of employer, and in case of others it would be needed.
