Dear Sir/Madam
I want know that Dearness allowance is mandatory for a private company shown in books of accounts in the head of salary & wages like conveyance, medical etc.
forther i would to like that it is fixed ratio on basic of salary or not.

There is no law governing payment of Dearness Allowance. It is a matter of understanding between Management and Union
