Sir, My client is in dubai and saudi arab countries for the past 6 years.I want to know if the salary earned in foreign currnecy is taxable and does he have to file ITAX return in India ? He gets only salary slip from the company where he works. Please do reply .

It should not be taxable in India since your client would be NRI by now. Only for incomes earned our received in India return needs to be filed.
