I HAVE TO ISSUE A SALARY CUM TDS CERTFICATE TO SOME EMPLOYEES OF OUR COMPANY.
BASICALLY WE HAVE TWO FIRMS HAVING DIFF PAN NO. AND IDENTITIES.
WE HAVE GIVEN SALARY TO THESE EMPLOYEES FROM BOTH FIRMS. i.e. For first four months it is given from one firm and then after it is given from other firm. I have deducted TDS from salary considering the Full year salary income of these employee.
Now I have doubt how to Issue TDS cum salary Certificate. while showing full year salary income of the employee.
Please help and reply soon!

hi.
a partnership firm got registered and as per the procedure we get the certificate within 6 months.
but even before we could get a certificate...the partners want to get it dissolved.
what is the process of the same...the deed has to be executed on a stamp paper ???
& is it required to be submitted to the registrar again ?
pls let me know the entire process..

Issue Form 16 from both the firms showing respective amounts.
