(Querist)
28 June 2011 I was working for a multinational. The company was bought over by another German compnay. In downsizing my job was made redundant. The company terminated my services on 31st March, 2011. However, my contractual compensation was not paid till april 25th. How will this be taxed and in which year 2010-2011 or 2011-2012
