16 January 2015 how to calculate monthaly salary of employees if employees hire on monthaly payment if months days varies on every month please

16 January 2015 go through the terms of contract.... are they hired on monthly basis or daily basis?

If they are hired on daily basis, the calculation would be daily wages multiplied by number of days worked in the month

16 January 2015 if he is doing job on regular basis and he is your employee then you have to make sheet for salary or take salary from salary sheet.
