Is the CBDT notification exempting ITR for Return below 5 lacs is applicable for A.Y. 2013-14 ? Bcoz in Notification no. 9/2012, it uses the words A.Y. 2012-13 only. Whether this notification extended for next A.Y. Also ?

24 July 2013 From ay 13-14 now they need to file return whose sal income is upto rs.5 lacs.
