We have a one employee his salary is pending for last three month so can we pay cash salary for Rs.27000/- in once in a day. (9000*3)

As per me you cannot pay salary in cash exceeding 10000 per day

You cannot pay in cash. If paid will be disallowed u/s. 40A(3) r.a.w..rule 6DD.
