Yes, decision of all board of director body can appoint as employee in company

Yes, you can appoint ,companies act doesn't prohibit appointment of relative of Director to an office to a place of profit in a company. In certain cases If the remuneration for holding such office or place exceeds prescribed sum than appointment approved by special resolution .Same to be disclosed second 188 related party transactions.
