one of our employees who is given salary for this Month Rs. 14500 vide cheque.His actual salary is 13000/m.he has given the company Rs. 1500 back now.how to adjust this cash kindly help.

You have to book Salary Rs.13000/- but Paid Rs.14500/- Excess paid Will be Reflecting in Employee Working Same can be Reversed by Cash .Nothing will be due from employee.

actually the matter is in few months he is going to be engaged and he want to show his salary to in-law family. we have to do the same in coming few months also.how to adjust this
