an employee is asking for the 20000 in hand salary.. he did not ask about CTC to comapny.. can any one please share the structure for this salary.. company is going to get registered for EPF very soon

Total salary 21800, PF deduction 1800(12% on 15000) net salary 20000.

YOU HAVE NOT TELL ABOUT HE INCOME TAX ON SALARY AND BASIS SALARY DUE TO PF APPLICABLE UPTO RS. 15000/-
