when salaries become payable we make an entry like:
salaries a/c Dr.
To salaries payable a/c
but how to show this effect of salary to an individual employee not by way of a remark or a narration but by way of a journal entry??
also when advance was taken by employee (not salary advance) or cut due to leaves or so...

In the modern Era ERP Accounting softwares contain the Coding System
By this coding Accounting Becomes Easy.
Take an Example
Suppose Salary is payable to 10 Persons.
This Software would credit Salary Payable(Group Code SP00000)
But Sub Group Code for Employees would start from SP00001-10 displaying the Names of employees as well.

but this is a very small firm and they use a small software named FOCUS.
also entries are not made by any codes..
