Any degree holder in commerce,law or CA or CWA can apply for registration as an STP. For this purpose in each state there will be a form to be filled and submitted to the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes,along with copies of documents on your qualification,age identity,and address proof.Contact the office(PRO) of your state CCT office for details.....mjk
