01 November 2019 i have applied for Name for registration of a new company and the name was made available by mca on 9-10-2019 which was reserved for 20 days i.e. till 29-10-2019. but due to some reason i did not complete the registration process within due date.
1. Can i register with this name even after 20 days ??
2. if not Can i apply for same again ??, if yes, what is the process to apply for the same name again??

01 November 2019 Dear Sir, As there is a short delay there are high chances that their name is not allowed to someone else. They directly apply in Spice Form and very higher chances that name will be allowed to them
