Rules for issue of trade license and openingcurrent account

09 March 2015 I want to start an on-line web based service providing start-up and I want to use my residential address as my firm / establishment address .
I do not have any shop or commercial premises to show as establishment address .

I applied for trade license but I was refused on following grounds :

1) I do not have shop or office premises ( I want to operate from residence ) . Trade license under shop & establishment act is only for shops or commercial premises .

2) I have not yet generated any business and raised any bills for services I want to provide

On the other hand ; for starting the business I need to operate payment gateway option for my start-up for which I need to have current account .

And for opening current account ; I need to have trade license which has been refused to me as I am using my residence as firm address .

Please advise .
