In what cases is RSP applicable?
From what i understand, It does not apply when the buyer is commercial or industrial..
Hence if HUL sells it to its wholeseller it does not apply,
but if BATA shoes has its own showrooms, then it applies.
Am i right?
Secondly, please relate the above example with wholesale packages..

RSP or MRP applies only when the goods are meant for end use by buyer without any further processing or repacking on way to buyer.
