If person A pays Life Insurance Premium on behalf of Person B for Person B's Life Insurance Policy ,can Person A claim that Premium amount paid as a deduction from his Taxable Income under Chapter 6-A ,Section 80-C ?

If A pays LIP on behalf of Person B and Person B is his child or spouse, then he can
claim deduction, otherwise not.
