16 December 2013 can rounding off entry pass in Indirect Income

Example we paid cheque to vendor for Rs.1810.79 and he has created a invoice for Rs.1811/- there difference of paise Rs.0.21/- which we can not pay to the party, can rounding off entry pass in indirect Income.
