Please guide me about the salary structure for Company Secretary after having 4-5 years of experience in same organisation.

My salary is too low here. So, I am looking to move to some other organisation. Please give me some tips

25 July 2012 For a fresher CS salary goes approx. Rs. 25,000 P.M. but if market is bad as now a days its Rs. 20,000 P.M.
And after 4-5 years u can easily get Rs. 50-60,000 P.M. in any company.
Salary in firms is bit lower than in Companies.

is it mandatory to have LLB degree to get hike upto 50- 60,000 pm.

As, my boss stick on one point that u don't have LLB degree
