Is rotation of auditors applicable to small companies and subsidiaries?

Small companies rotation of auditors not applicable. It's applicable for Every Listed Company. Unlisted Public Companies having share capital of Rupees 10 crore or more. All private limited companies having paid up share capital of rupees 50 crore or more.
