04 October 2021 An unlisted public company has merged with other compnay due to which its capital has exceeded above 10 cr and it has auditor firm appointed since 10 years and now there tenure is going to end in 2022 . Can the rotation of auditor provisions apply from the current year 2021-22 or the roation of auditor is required after the expiry of his current tenure and can the same Auditor can be appointed after end of its tenure of 2022.
