(I want to Use this resolution as an attachment of Form 18)

21 August 2013 “RESOLVED THAT consent of the Board Of Directors of the Company be and is hereby accorded for having no objection in case Bombay Furniture Private Limited, a proposed wholly owned subsidiary company of Reliance Limited which is under incorporation process, uses premises situated at _______________________, registered office address of Reliance Limited, as its registered office address.

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the above resolutions be communicated to the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana and shall remain in force until the same are cancelled or modified by the Board of Directors by another resolution”.

22 August 2013 Thanks for your prompt reply Ankur Garg but in my case a non company say Avani Industries is authorizing a proposed company say Sys Private Limited than how a resolution will come... Please reply it's urgent

23 August 2013 You can convert this board resolution into a simple NOC given by Avani Industries to use its premises.
