Roc return of fy 2015-16

Income tax return has been filed on 17th October 2016. Please confirm whether the due date for filing of ROC Return will be extended upto 17th November 2016 or will remain as it is as 30th October 2016. Please guide and oblige.

As of now the due date for AOC 4 / 5 and MGT 7 is 29th October 2016. Please see the below link to read the circular. I suggest you file before 29th Oct.

Just to add...but if we will consider the provisions of filing annual return i.e. 60 days from the date of AGM as mentioned in the article also, the last date for a company whose AGM is held on 30th September, 2016 the last date will be 29th November, 2016. But If I were you I will file before 29th Oct.
