pls. let me know what is the ROC. who is laible under ROC return.what is the last date for filing ROC & what is the Doc. reqiured.?

ROC stands for registrar of companies. all Private Limited and Limited Companies and unlimited liabilities companies are liablile to file the various forms electronically with ROC. You go to MCA website www.mca.gov.in you will get the various forms e.g. Form no. 32 is for appointment and or change of director.
