Can we revise the roc return in case of private limited company.There is some change in director report with respect to appointement of auditor and also AGM notice with respect to agenda for appointment of auditor.If yes what is the procedure and fees payable for the same.

yes why not you can revise the return and pay the addtional fees as it will termed as delayed filing of Annual Report of the company.
