ROC resubmission

02 February 2011 Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-

In MOA-2nd Subscriber's occupation and Witness occupation to be furnished.

In F.no.32 - the director's category to be furnished as 'Non Executive Director.

POA - Place & Date to befurnished.

is it ok if write place & date in POA and resubmit or must put new POA?

Got all these. does this mean only these errors need to be rectified or its just a normal review. will any fees be charged for resubmission?

how to correct them?

03 February 2011 In the same POA, put the place and date and get the signature of all the parties viz., POA executor, POA holder and the witness. No need for new POA.

Only the errors pointed out by ROC needs to be rectified and resubmitted. No fees is payable for resubmission. In MCA website, under efiling option select resubmission mode and resubmit all the forms viz., form 1, 18 and 32. You will not get any prompt for payment of fees.
