Hi Sir/Madam, please explain the meaning of following problem.
Remarks:
TM INFRINGEMENT IN THE PERTINENT CLASS...SUBMIT FRESH NAMES Form should be resubmitted by 21/06/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record.

Prima facie the problem pertaining to Trade Mark infringement. Please use another name and resubmit the form within prescribed due date.
(As here you've not mentioned the names which you'r applying in INC-1, its deemed that the names for which you are applying are similar to another existing companies having trade mark registered with same names)
