Our Company increased share capital..at the time of audit auditor want to Roc Records..what records I give him in addition to FOrm 2 and Form 5

You can give him copy of Board Meeting minutes, EGM/AGM Notice, Resolution copy for increase in authorised capital, boards resolution for subsequent allotment of shares.
