Is it necessary to attach auditor's report, board report and director's report With Form 23AC...
as company is not working (active) since last three years and ROC is to be filled for those years...

Yes. you have to submit directors report along with balance sheet.
you need to submit annual return evry year even there is no performance.

yes it is mandatory to attach auditor's report, board report and director's report With Form 23AC..if the company is active other wise the ROC may send Show cause notice to the defaulting company any time
