Roc form resubmission

question 1:
roc had asked me to resubmit previously filed form 1 after correcting the defects.i rectified the mistakes in the form.when i logged in to resubmit the form by using the srn no., the system displayed the message "your session has expired" soon after completion of 100% upload (i.e "upload completed")
is it normal??i mean the system should dispay something like "resubmission successful" rather than "your session has expired"
this happened thrice.each time the upload show 100% completion but the same message was displayed afterwards..
should i internet explorer? is it necessary to upload form 67 for this case.
my srn status was " resubmission required".if i m not wrong, form 67 is used when srn status is "‘Pending for user clarification’ (PUCL).".

Try again and again as the system is very slow and you have to wait till it is completed. After the uploading is complete it will show the massage uploading completed
