So what the procedure of filling & how much charge of penalty ?

You can file ROC return penalty will be
Upto 30days 2 times of normal fees
> 30 days upto 60 days 4 times normal fees,>60 days upto 90 days 6 times of normal fees, >90 upto 180 days 10 times of normal fees, > 180 days 12 times of normal fees
Normal fees - nominal share capital
<100000/- 200 per form
100000-499999-300 per form
500000-2499999-400 per form
2500000-9999999-500 per form
10000000 more-600 per form
