Roc filing query

I am trying to file annual return of ROC , but while registering the DSC, the tab to "Browse" is not working. So I am not able to create new user to upload eforms. Moreover Submit button of all eforms are also not working after pre-scrutiny. Can any professional help me out of this issue.

Please if the proper version of Java is installed. Also try from another browser.
