Roc filing of a company

29 October 2011 I am facing an error that the director of the concerned company is not authorized to sign, even though the signature is registered with the mca portal.As a result i dont know what shall be done as the last date for Roc Filing is arriving this query needs to be solved urgently, so please help

29 October 2011 Check the signatory details of the company whether the person is authorised to sign the document or not in the mca site or it may so happen that the DS of the director has expired.You have to renew it.
