09 December 2013 One of the company not filed ROC returns since 2007-08, how to calculate the fee please send the late fee chart.

you will get maximum late fee which will be 9 times of normal fee
.

first of all verify your status of company it may be dormant..you need to normalize the company to file return
.
.
you better take help of a chartered accountant or company secretary to file returns and they will take care of your company

You will fine every ROC forms which is delayed for more than 3 months will be filed with 9 times of additional fee.
