Roc filing late fee

One of the company not filed ROC returns since 2007-08, how to calculate the fee please send the late fee chart.

first of all verify your status of company it may be dormant..you need to normalize the company to file return

You will fine every ROC forms which is delayed for more than 3 months will be filed with 9 times of additional fee.
