Due to recent Covid-19 , whether ROC has given any extension for filing CHG-1 -charge creation- which was suppose to due in April.2020.

No extension. Please see page 4 of General Circular 12/2020 dated 30-03-2020.

(CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-8, CHG-9) and increase in authorised capital (Form SH-7) are not given extension.
