Is it possibel to file Annual return of limited company online ? (As per companies act, 1 of 1956) Schedule V- Part II as per section of 159

Thanks for response. Actully i want to ask you that the form of Schedule V- PART II (SECTION 159)of Annual return which we have to attach, is it online or not. Or we have to written it manually and then we have to attach it.

yes, Annual return to written mannually with all the particulars, then sign by at least 2 directors, scan this with pdf format and attach to Form -20B.
