Is it possibel to file Annual return of limited company online ? (As per companies act, 1 of 1956) Schedule V- Part II as per section of 159

YES.
In fact it is mandatory to file AR online.
Attach your AR with form-20B and get it certified from practicing CA or CS and upload on MCA site.

Actully i want to ask you that the form of Schedule V- PART II (SECTION 159)of Annual return which we have to attach, is it online or not. Or we have to written it manually and then we have to attach it.

yes, Annual return to written mannually with all the particulars, then sign by at least 2 directors, scan this with pdf format and attach to Form -20B.
