Last date of ROC filing for which form or for which document. Please clarify.

By ROC filling, I understand u r referring to Annual Return.

Due Dates are as follows:
Form 23AC for B/s 30 days of AGM (Due date of AGM if not held)
Form 23ACA for P&L 30 days of AGM (Due date of AGM if not held)
Form 20B for Annual Return 60 days of AGM (Due date of AGM if not held)
Form 66 for Compliance certificate from a practicing cs 30 days of AGM (Due date of AGM if not held)
