Roc filing

23 April 2014 I Have a client having public co. incorporated in june 2012. till date no document has been filled with roc.
plz tell the documents required to be submitted in the name of co. and also in the name of auditor and what will be the fees and penalty if any.

Normally following are the documents that are required to be submitted anually to ROC

1)Balance sheet ( Form 23AC by all companies)
2)P&L ( Form 23ACA by all companies )
3)Annual Return ( Form 20B to be filed by companies having share capital )
4)Annual return (to be filed by companies without share capital )
5) Compliance certificate ( Form 66 to be filed by companies having paid up capital 10L to 5 Cr )

apart from above there are many other documents that are required in various cases/situations
