10 December 2011 Whether ROC fees i respect of Company Formation DIN etc can be paid through debit Card????

10 December 2011 No. Can not be paid through Debit Card.

Payments will have to be made through appropriate mechanisms - electronic (credit card, Internet banking) or traditional means (at the bank counter through challan).

10 December 2011 Mode of offline payment i.e through Challan have been discontinued lately.

you can pay online through
1).credit card
2). Internet banking only throuh five Banks(viz. ICICI, HDFD, Bank of India, SBI, PNB)
3). NEFT

11 December 2011 Regarding Payment of MCA fees –electronic mode- General Circular – dated 09.03.2011- The circular provides to Accept payments of value upto Rs.50,000, for MCA 21 services ,only in electronic mode w.e.f 27th March, 2011. For the payments of value above Rs. 50,000, stakeholders would have the option to either make the payment in electronic mode, or paper challan. However such payments would also be made in electronic mode w.e.f .1st October, 2011.
