Rupees 200
Additional fee Period of delays Fee applicable
Up to 30 days 2 times of normal fees
More than 30 days and up to 60 days 4 times of normal fees
More than 60 days and up to 90 days 6 times of normal fees
More than 90 days and up to 180 days 10 times of normal fees
More than 180 days 12 times of normal fees

06 September 2016 Sir, i have few doubt..1) what is nominal share capital...2) you have mention in case of company not having share capital. how can A company be incorporated without having share capital...3) what is this two, four, six time of normal fee,

06 September 2016 Nominal share capital refers to authorised share capital.

If authorised capital is below 2 lakhs normal fees Rs.300/-if you fail to file annual return with in due date you have to pay additional fees it depends on delay maximum 12 times of normal fees.

If company limited by guarantee or unlimited company
