Roc director defaulting

16 March 2014 1)Director is defaulter.
2)Company is also defaulter but status is active.
3)While filing annual form it says " Director is not allowed to sign "

4)How to remove defaulting status of that particular director.?

16 March 2014 then find some other director to sign it.

18 March 2014 You can remove Director from defaulting by filing annual forms in those defaulting companies in which such person is Director.

18 March 2014 Agreed.

If some other Director signs the form, the Company will not be defaulting but the Director still continues to be defaulter in case he is director in any other defaulting co. So, if we need to remove director from defaulting, annual filing in all defaulting companies should be done.
