in case of DIR-3 Updation what should we do...?
In following cases

1-What happens for those person who have DIN but are not director in any company?
2-For foreign citizen DIN holder, how does it work?

10 July 2018 All individuals even if they are not holding any directorships are required to file Form DIR-3 KYC otherwise there DIN shall be de-activated. And if they want to again reactivate thier DIN in future, then they have to pay fee of Rs.5000/-. Hence, it is advisable even if a person is not holding any directorship, file this form DIR-3KYC. Regarding foreign citizen also this Form is required to be filed, if they are holding DIN.
