A company has created a charge against its assets at MCA favoring X Bank. Now the same bank has extended further loan against the same assets, with earlier loan still running. i.e. now client has 2 loan against 1 asset, whether I need to file form 8 as creation of charge or modification of charge

In case it is an extension of the same loan, Form 8 for modification of charge is to be filed.
In case it is a fresh loan by the same bank, u need to create a seperate charge.
