Roc - bank can view p&l account of a pvt. ltd. company ?

30 September 2013 Dear Sir,

I want to know whether a Bank to whom a Pvt. Ltd company has applied for loan can view profit and Loss account of that Pvt. Ltd company on ROC website?

As far as i know no one can view P&L account of a Pvt. Ltd. Company on ROC website.

I request Experts to please throw some light on it.

30 September 2013 Normally P&L Account is not available on ROC website. But then if someone really want to see, he/she will find a way to do so.

Also it matters whether you attached P&l account as an attachment in annual filings. If yes, then it would be visible to anyone.

21 October 2013 When the account of Anil Ambai can be hacked and also of the film stars then every thing is possible. I cannot understand why you have asked this question. I think the P & L A/c as uploaded with ROC is different then the P & L A/c as submitted to the bank then you should hesitate and afraid of the same but if is the same then let it be seen by the bank how it matters and the loan giver will always protect its interest.
