roc annual returns

14 November 2009 can anyonw tell me what are the documents and returns required to be file with ROC on annually basis?
what kind of files is to be attached?
wheather scanned reports or the Files in excel format are also allowed.
how to make payment of the fees for filling such documents with ROC?

14 November 2009 For uploading Annual Return Form 20B is required to be filed.

For uploading Balance Sheet Form 23AC is required to be filed.

For uploading Profit and Loss Form 23ACA is required to be filed.

For uploading Compliance certificate Form 66 is required to be filed.

Simply attach signed Annual Return with form-20B and

with form 23AC attach balance sheet and notes to accounts, with notice of AGM and Directors’ and Auditors Report &

with form 23ACA attach profit and loss a/c with schedules.


For attachment u have to convert the files in to PDF. As per my suggestion take the help of professional CS or CA.
