Wat is the fee charged by ROC for filling of annual Financial Statement.

Depends on the authorized capital and the 'date of the event' leading to e-filing of forms.

The expert is right. If yu have delayed then additional fee is also to be paid for each document.

If you are filing previous year annual accounts and Annual Return,presently there is a scheme in force called CLSS which allows you to file annual accounts and annual returns just by paying only 25 percent of additional fee.
