What is the charge of fees if we failed to held the AGM of Private Limited Co. within the prescribed time limit of Cos. Act, 1956 i.e. 15 months ?

Fine to the extent of Rs. 50,000 and after that if further delay then Rs.2500 for every day after the day of first fine.
