11 May 2010 1. Use Business as well as Home maker. She is a director and occupation is housewife is apparently very strange.

2. Yes section 299 is applicable to public as well as private company.

21 May 2010 Provisions of Section 299 are applicable to contracts made with public co. and also with private companies in which Directors are interested.
