12 April 2010 Hi,
What is the due date for Filling of Form No.23AC,23ACA,20B in ROC for any F.Y, please guide me and what is the last date for AGM for any Compnies

or if u have any notes on that please give me, so i can go threw that

12 April 2010 Due date for holding AGM
- in case of first year :9 months from close of Financial Year or 18 months from date of incorporation, which ever is earlier
- Otherwise: it is 6 months from close of Financial Year or 15 months from date of last AGM, which ever is earlier.

Due date for filing the Form 23AC & ACA is 30months from AGM date and for 20B it is 60 days from AGm date.
