In the case of PVT LTD company when share is transfered then form 7b is required to file in the ROC?
And if it necessary then share certificate is required to submit along with it?
whether manualy or efiling?
How much stamp duty is payable on it?

In share tran process share tran. deed is used which is from 7B.
This form is not required to be submitted in ROC.
Transferee and transfror after filling the form submitted to the company and co. after considering the same approve the tran by passing a board resolution in the board meeting.

Old share certificate is required to be attached with share tran deed.
After approving the tran in board meeting company will issue a new share certificate in the name of transferee.
After approving the tran in board meeting company will issue a new share certificate in the name of transferee.
